Labuan, Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei join in extreme sport championship

LABUAN – A total of 55 participants from Labuan, Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei had recently took part in Labuan Extreme Sport Championship co-organised by Labuan Extreme Sport Association and Labuan Youth and Sports Department at Labuan Times Square.

Among the categories held in the championship were skateboard, aggressive in-line and BMX.

Training was also provided for the newbies during the championship to expose to them about the latest skill and technique in extreme sport.

Other programme held during the day was Game of Skate (GOS), which is the current technical tournament that is practiced by many extreme sport enthusiasts.

Among the sponsors for the championship were Vans Malaysia, Cromo Bike Shop, Victorian Revival, Paadian Streetwear, BBT, HZ Skateboard, Riding High, Rupert Rage and Kasi Jadi Apparel.

Present to hand over the prizes to the winners was the director of Labuan Youth and Sports Department, Zaini Aziz.
